Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Hanover, MA is hiring a part-time seasonal sales associate to help customers find products and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading and stocking, maintain planograms, assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store), and support store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure fast checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain store recovery standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; educate about VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes (POGs).
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
