Job summary

Michaels is looking for a Service Team Member to join our Plymouth, MA store. You will help customers, maintain stock, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and participating in planogram processes to keep the store well merchandised. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product locations, enrolling shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and supporting omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and help them locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash transactions.
• Unloading trucks, stocking shelves and maintaining planograms.
• Engage customers about store programs and enrollments (Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards).
• Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS; participate in SISO and AD sets.
• Maintain store recovery and shrink/safety programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
