Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Mansfield, MA is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout process. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain a well-merchandised store while following SOPs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, promoting the Rewards program, participating in BOPIS/SFS processes, and upholding safety and shrink programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Cash handling and checkout experience desired

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unload/stocking
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and support planograms
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs
