Job summary

Michaels Stores in the United States is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure fast, accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in‑stock conditions across the store, while supporting BOPIS and SFS programs.

You will engage customers on the Rewards program, enroll them in credit card options, and follow SOPs while maintaining a safe, respectful store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies and standards
• Interact respectfully and professionally with customers and teammates
