Job summary

Michaels Stores in Taunton, MA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure fast checkouts. You’ll assist with stock, merchandising, and store recovery to keep aisles clean and in-stock.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate items, handling cash to standards, enrolling guests in Rewards and Private Label programs, and supporting omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to assist with stock, pricing, and shelf replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, returns/go back, and in-stock conditions.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
