Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals through customer service on the floor.
• Develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel each season, including fit and use.
• Participate in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activities.
• Adhere to client service standards and company policies.
