Job summary

The role includes participating in events and CRM activities to drive sales, while upholding service standards and retail policies. Ability to work weekends/evenings is expected in this retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a client services capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate as needed.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Instill a sales and service focus on the floor to meet sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and build repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel fit, fabric and use of line.
• Participate in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activities.
• Adhere to client service standards and company policies.
• Foster a friendly environment for in-store guests
