Job summary

Michaels Stores in Weatherford, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers shop, find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store merchandised standards to deliver our brand promises and a great shopping environment.

The role involves assisting with BOPIS/SFS processes, promoting our Rewards program and private label credit options, and supporting store recovery tasks while upholding

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with standard cash handling
• Promote Benefits: Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers about VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance
• Maintain in-stock and merchandised store through recovery processes
• Participate in Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact positively with customers and team members
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
