Job summary

Michaels Stores in Allen, TX is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintain in-stock conditions to support the brand promises.

Responsibilities include educating customers about the Rewards program, assisting with BOPIS and Ship From Store, and adhering to SOPs while upholding safety standards in a climate-controlled

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
Provide fast checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
Educate customers on rewards programs and credit options and complete enrollments.
Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; follow SOPs and company policies.
