Job summary

Michaels Stores in Houston is seeking a proactive Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure quick, accurate checkouts. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks to keep our shelves well-merchandised and in stock.

This role supports omnichannel initiatives (BOPIS, Ship From Store), engages customers with rewards programs, and maintains safety and SOP compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willingness to assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram duties
• Maintain in-stock merchandise and recovery processes
