Job summary

Michaels Stores, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is hiring for a customer-focused role at our Lake Worth, TX location. You will assist customers in finding products, process fast and accurate checkouts, and help enroll shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

You will also support BOPIS/SFS and restock duties across the store. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and a willingness to cross-train in framing products and operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or customer service background preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery and merchandise return processes.
• Engage in store safety and shrink programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
