Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member to support shoppers in a busy retail environment. You will assist customers, process transactions, and explain rewards programs while supporting online pickup and ship-from-store processes.

The role involves stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintaining an inviting, in-stock store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock position, and merchandise returns.
