The role emphasizes multitasking, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Able to read and understand employment policies in English.
• Capable of meeting daily sales goal challenges.
• Comfortable opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Able to work with electronic devices and handheld equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support all At Your Service activities including BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
• Assist customers in total store fulfillment and ensure friction-free pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup and return area and assist with curbside service.
• Introduce Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver hospitality.
• Represent Macy's values through honesty, care and collaboration daily.
