Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience across BOPS, returns, and pickups. You’ll stay flexible across shifts, engage customers with warmth, and help keep the store space welcoming and organized.

You’ll collaborate with team members to meet goals, promote loyalty benefits, and ensure a positive, memorable visit for every customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand policies in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage in authentic, hospitality-driven conversations.
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store, returns, and pick-ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup and return area.
• Promote Macy's loyalty program and guide customers to self-serve options.
• Work with teammates to achieve sales goals and provide great service.
