You’ll help keep the store inviting and organized, greeting customers with genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors
• Reads and understands employment policies and safety rules in English
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and customer service skills
• Ability to use electronic devices and hand-held equipment for transactions

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPS) and returns
• Proficiently operate needed systems to complete transactions and manage order pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting At Your Service area and pickup/return zones
• Deliver genuine hospitality, greet customers warmly, and promote loyalty benefits
• Support team members with honesty, care and collaboration to drive store results
