Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand policies in English.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet daily sales targets.
• Comfort with using electronic devices and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in At Your Service areas, including BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
• Proficient in store systems to complete transactions and manage pickup areas.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized and clean for a friction-free experience.
• Promote Loyalty benefits and assist customers with credit accounts when appropriate.
• Support team with nightly and holiday shifts to ensure excellent service.
