Job summary

Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You will support BOPs, returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy's service standards, in a fast-paced store environment.

This role emphasizes multitasking, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll help create welcoming spaces and assist customers through transactions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Able to meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people and sharing information.
• Resourceful and adaptable; works well solo and in a team.
• Able to handle electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and keep At Your Service areas clean, organized and ready for customers.
• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store, returns, and order pickups using needed systems.
• Ensure curbside/BOPS areas are organized and transactions are processed smoothly.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and assist customers with transactions.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent customer service and store results.
