Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a premium retail brand in a high-volume environment. You will help customers place orders, check product availability, and answer questions about promotions, shipping, and returns.

The position offers a 2-month project duration with remote-work flexibility after training and onsite preference. Training week schedule is provided, with 40 hours per week and weekend options during peak season.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.

• - Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• - Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• - Ability to learn new systems and product information quickly.

• - Retail/e-commerce/order processing/call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varying volume of inbound customer calls.
• - Help customers place orders accurately and efficiently.
• - Answer questions regarding products, availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and order status.
• - Assist with questions about shipping, returns, and company policies.
• - Troubleshoot routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• - Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic service.
• - Accurately enter order information and document customer interactions.
• - Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• - Stay current on products, promotions, and ordering procedures.
• - Use downtime between calls to build product knowledge.
• - Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity expectations.
