Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking seasonal remote customer service representatives to assist clients with holiday orders. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with a friendly, professional demeanor, using scripts and resources to resolve issues.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have basic computer skills, with 3–6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred. A BYOD setup and reliable internet access are required for this at-home role.

Qualifications

3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
3–6 months call center or office background is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Must be 18 years of age.
Background check may be required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of inbound or outbound calls promptly.
Address customer questions via phone, email, and chat across products and services.
Follow scripts to handle topics.
Identify needs, clarify information, research solutions and provide alternatives.
Ensure you have access to company and client resources to resolve calls.
Upsell opportunities when they arise.
Maintain punctuality and a positive, professional attitude.
Be flexible to cross-train as requested.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and set up a dedicated workspace.
