Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking customer-focused individuals for a remote, BYOD position assisting clients with holiday orders and product inquiries. You will handle calls, emails, and chats with a professional attitude and aim for high-quality service.

Shifts run 8:00am–10:00pm EST, Monday through Friday with every other weekend. Pay starts at $14/hour with a $1/hour night/weekend differential; paid training is provided; temporary to potential full- or part-time based on attendance and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (3–6 months).
• Call center background a plus (3–6 months).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must provide own equipment and workspace.
• Background check required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls promptly.
• Address product/service questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Follow scripts for topic-specific calls.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research, and offer solutions.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality.
• Be cross-trained as requested.
• Maintain desk presence and attendance.
