Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree a plus, ideally in Communications, Marketing, Business.
• Retail or customer-facing job experience.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and positively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers through email, live chat, and phone.
• Quickly and accurately answer customer questions and resolve issues related to purchases, shipping, and other inquiries.
• Provide thoughtful product advice including style, fit, and customer-specific recommendations.
• Know the product line and shipping/logistics to assist customers and future team members.
• Gain cross-functional exposure in sales, events, marketing and other customer-facing functions as desired.
• Partner with leadership to create and execute new policies and retention programs.
• Maintain excellent daily metrics and CSAT.
• Represent the team with strong culture, attitude, and alignment to company values.
