H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to deliver friendly, personalized service and to connect clients with the right tax professionals. You’ll help schedule, greet clients, and maintain a welcoming office environment, both in person and virtually.

This role emphasizes multitasking, strong organization, and excellent Microsoft Office skills within a fast-paced franchise setting. Flexible scheduling and multi-location work are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
