Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals while supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build client relationships, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on exceptional service and results.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media skills and live-stream experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of price/release sheets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador according to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor energy and manage multiple customers.
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection.
