This role blends luxury-retail service with omni-channel selling, building lasting client relationships, driving sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and using mobile POS to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and visual merchandising.
