Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, iPad/laptop, and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPI targets.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Stay energetic on the sales floor; manage multiple customers.
