Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated customer service.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools for data capture and repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and merchandise presentation.
