Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail setting. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations while engaging with clients across in-store and omni-channel platforms.

You will build lasting client relationships, use POS and social selling tools, and contribute to inventory, merchandising, and team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
