Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni‑channel selling.

Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, advising on fashion trends, and using POS and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Schedule flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS, iPad/laptop, and mobile POS systems.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build client relationships with styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the sales floor and assist with stockroom tasks.
• Process transactions and support inventory movements.
• Contribute to team collaboration and brand initiatives.
