In this role, you will utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools, drive sales through personalized recommendations, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy considered a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques
• Handle daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment and merchandising
• Ensure floor and stockroom are organized and compliant with procedures
• Process transactions and support inventory movements
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and brand initiatives
