Job summary

Vibee is seeking a motivated Contract Project Manager to oversee Vibee curated experiences and festival integrations. This role covers planning and execution across standard venues and unconventional spaces, with global reach and reports to senior leadership.

You will coordinate labor, schedules, budgets, and on-site tasks, collaborating with FOH/BOH teams and HR during peak seasons. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in live event production or coordination.
• Experience with large-scale events is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Airtable, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Support daily flow of projects, track timelines and progress.
• Create and manage labor schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate on-site schedules and task distribution.
• Assist site operations with equipment auditing and tracking.
• Support cash spending reports and per diem coordination.
• Gather quotes and assist in invoice reconciliation.
• Help onboard seasonal staff and manage payroll coordination.
• Maintain program management tools to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with FOH/BOH teams to streamline workflows.
