Vibee seeks an Onsite Production & Operations Coordinator to support Vibee’s onsite activations. You will work with Venue Managers, coordinate vendors, manage schedules, and help the team stay organized and on track, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

The role collaborates with the CX and onsite ops teams to execute all onsite functions smoothly and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced event environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in event production, venue operations, or experiential activations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and vendor coordination experience.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Familiarity with scheduling/timekeeping platforms (TCP experience a plus).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations Support: coordinate production schedules, maintain records, assist in resource planning, ensure cross‑department communication, manage inventory, enforce safety and brand standards, monitor space flow and guest moments.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: oversee onsite vendors, track scheduling and execution, ensure alignment with venue protocols and activation expectations.
• Scheduling & Team Coordination: review and approve team hours with Onsite Operations Manager, assist with access/logins for new team members.
