Job summary

Vibee, founded by Live Nation and Insomniac, seeks a Contract Project Manager to lead Vibee curated experience events and festival integrations globally. You will support planning, labor scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination for diverse venues and spaces.

You will report to the President and Senior VP, Business Operations, and work across production, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and clear communications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in live event production or project coordination.
• Ability to manage project timelines and communicate effectively with teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Google Suite, Airtable, and Asana.
• A collaborative team player with an ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle occasional physical tasks and on-site event support.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Support the daily flow of projects and track timelines and progress.
• Assist in creating and managing labor schedules and budgets with guidance from Senior Producer.
• Coordinate on-site schedules and distribute task lists for builds and strikes.
• Provide occasional assistance to site operations for equipment auditing and tracking.
• Assist with other special projects assigned by executive leadership.
• Reporting: Support cash spending reports, P-Card tracking, per diem coordination with finance; gather quotes and track expenses.
• Administration: Manage seasonal staff roster and onboarding; assist timekeeping and payroll with HR.
• Managing project management programs and ensure deadlines from ideation to execution.
• Communication: Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders; collaborate with FOH and BOH teams.
