Job summary

Vibee, created by Live Nation and Insomniac, seeks an Onsite Production & Operations Coordinator to support vibee activations. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, coordinate vendors, manage schedules, and help the team stay organized and on track.

You will work closely with CX and onsite ops to ensure smooth execution of all onsite functions and guest experiences during events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event production, venue operations, or experiential activations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and vendor coordination experience.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Familiarity with scheduling/timekeeping platforms (TCP experience a plus).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Support: Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, work orders, and production outputs.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Support communication between departments for seamless handoffs.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement with supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Monitor space flow and provide real-time staffing, logistics, and guest support.
• Enforce standards around cleanliness, safety, and brand experience.
