Job summary

Vibee, founded by Live Nation and Insomniac, seeks a Senior Production Manager to direct production operations for global experiences and festival integrations. You will lead PMs/PCs, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver guest-first experiences within legal and financial constraints.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale live events, strong leadership, and a track record of budget ownership; travel and evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leading large-scale live events, festivals, or brand activations.
• Strong background in project management, event planning, production, logistics and vendor management.
• Experience in Talent Relations or B2B2C sales is a plus.
• BS degree in Event Management, Live Entertainment Management, Hospitality Management, Music Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• PMI/PMP Certification is a plus; able to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide PMs and Coordinators in project planning, timelines, and updates to stakeholders.
• Lead concept ideation, production coordination, permitting, budgeting and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee contractual, permitting, and licensing needs and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in labor schedules and budgets; help in talent relations, negotiations when needed.
