The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an Entry Level Cook (Seasonal) to join our culinary team, producing food for Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Bar and the Colleague Cafe. Typical shifts are 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts.

This role requires basic culinary skills, strong communication, and full-time flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Training with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef will begin immediately, with AM/PM shifts after training and

Responsabilités

• The Entry Level Cook prepares food for Hyatt Centric Key West outlets and events, including Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Bar and the Colleague Cafe.
• Undergoing PM training shifts with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to learn standards and procedures.
• Shifts may include both AM and PM and will vary weekly based on resort business, including weekends and holidays.
