The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an Entry Level Cook to join our culinary team, preparing food for Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Bar and our Colleague Cafe. This is a production role with on-the-job training under our Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for hotel outlets and banquets, following recipes and standards.
• Learn from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef during PM training and onboarding.
• Shifts may include AM and PM and vary weekly based on resort business.
