The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa is seeking an Entry Line Cook to join our culinary team. The position offers typical 5-day work weeks with 8-hour shifts, and opportunities to learn from our Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Qualificações

• Requires good communication skills.
• Previous prep cook experience is a plus.
• Desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Full-time flexible availability including weekends and holidays required

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food for hotel outlets and banquets.
• Work with the Culinary team under supervision and training.
• PM training shifts to learn from Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Shifts may include AM and PM and vary weekly based on resort business.
