Job summary

Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa is seeking an Entry Line Cook (Seasonal) to join our culinary team. The role supports Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Bar and the Colleague Cafe.

Typical shifts are 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts, with training from the Executive and Sous Chefs. As a production cook, you will work under supervision during training and then contribute to cooking for hotel outlets and banquets.

Qualifications

• Requires good communication skills.
• Previous prep cook experience a plus
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Capable of performing repetitious duties
• Full time flexible availability including weekends and holidays required
