Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
• Assist customers with purchases and post-order support.
• Ask probing questions and persuade customers to purchase additional products/services.
• Build relationships, find new ways to retain customers, and document information in databases.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS/MacOS is preferred.
• Offer additional products/services and deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.).
• Strong focus on customer relationships and communication skills.
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED.
• A quiet, distraction-free home environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking, learning new technologies, and computer navigation.
• A desktop/laptop, high-speed internet, and a smartphone; work computer may be provided.
• Reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
