Inside Sales Representative – Specialty Sales (Cybersecurity, IT Professional Services & Managed Services)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our Specialty Sales Organization, focusing on delivering impactful solutions across our Cybersecurity, IT Professional Services, and Managed Services portfolio. As an ISR, you will ensure the team has the necessary tools, documentation, and operational support to drive revenue and provide exceptional client experiences. You will collaborate closely with Field Sales, Solution Architects, and internal stakeholders to manage sales processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive sales support throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Manage processes such as deal registration, quoting, order processing, and renewals
  • Create customer-facing deliverables including proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), pricing sheets, and contracts
  • Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and support system hygiene initiatives
  • Interface with vendor portals and partner systems as needed
  • Adapt to changing tools, workflows, and team priorities
  • Handle administrative tasks and contribute to sales enablement efforts
