Since its formation in 2020 through the merger of Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution, Highline Warren has over 100 years of liquids manufacturing expertise and a robust distribution network to deliver value and simplify the supply chain. Service Champ plays an essential role in supporting quick lube operators and service providers with high-quality products.

This is a remote role, requiring residence in the central or eastern time zone. Minimal travel is expected, possibly once per quarter. The position reports to the Director of Inside Sales.

Summary

The Inside Sales Representative manages assigned accounts to grow existing business and develops new customer relationships through prospecting and lead development.

Essential Functions
  1. Contact customers to increase sales and satisfaction, providing product and pricing information over the phone.
  2. Engage in consultative selling to meet customer needs and increase sales and profit margins.
  3. Educate and train customers, serving as a resource and partner.
  4. Utilize ERP/CRM systems to document account activity and maintain customer information.
  5. Identify customer satisfaction trends and potential new accounts, developing sales plans accordingly.
  6. Participate in sales and margin budgeting, aiming for customer growth and target achievement.
  7. Attend performance reviews and team meetings, contributing to sales strategies and initiatives.
  8. Support sales through training, market analysis, and leveraging catalogs and other resources.
  9. Provide market intelligence on pricing, trends, and customer insights.
  10. Manage sales costs, including freight and expenses.
  11. Handle customer requests and manage credit levels with the Credit Department.
  12. Participate in regional and company sales meetings and perform stretch assignments as needed.
  13. Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high personal productivity and service standards.
  14. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle issues effectively.
  15. Follow company policies, safety rules, and legal regulations.
  16. Maintain punctuality and attendance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Excellent sales communication skills via phone and email, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Creativity, sales knowledge, and the ability to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PC operations, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
  • Comfort with phone-based sales activities and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to handle challenges effectively and pursue ongoing learning.
  • Sound judgment, honesty, and teamwork skills.
Minimum Experience, Education, And Certifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or installer industry.
