Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification is required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Team oriented, motivated, and well organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer use.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, and Planet Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with check-ins and member inquiries.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere during shifts.
• Operate and promote Planet Fitness app for check-ins and updates.
• Audit cash drawers and input member data into tablets/POS.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist with membership promotions and outreach events.
