Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based in Austin, TX, is hiring for a front desk team member. You will create a positive member experience through friendly service and a clean environment, check members in, assist with sign-ups, and help maintain club operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and coworkers.
• Positive attitude and reliability are essential.
• Previous customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system and assist with sign-up.
• Lead tours and assist with new account sign-up process.
• Maintain detailed cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Respond to member questions and concerns and escalate as needed.
