Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients and support a fast-paced tax office.

You will connect clients with the right tax professional and coordinate schedules to meet each client’s needs. As part of an independently owned franchise operating under an agreement with H&R Block, you’ll help ensure the client experience is smooth whether in person, by phone, or virtually.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
