H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients in a busy office. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, and help route them to the appropriate tax professional while supporting daily operations and document handling.

This in-person role requires strong communication, multitasking, and team collaboration during tax season, with opportunities for growth into tax preparation or leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.

• Comfort using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
