This in-person role is not remote. You will handle check-in, document scanning, and coordination with staff, providing a welcoming, professional client experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities
