Evening and weekend availability is required to support busy periods. The position emphasizes welcoming service, confidentiality with client data, and teamwork to maintain a professional client experience

Responsabilités

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
