H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. In this in-person role, you will greet clients, manage check-in, answer calls, and match clients with the right tax professional.

You’ll support daily office operations, scan and organize documents, and collaborate with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience. Training and potential growth into tax prep or leadership offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
