H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, and help pair clients with the right tax professional while supporting daily office operations in person.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, organized, and can multitask during tax season, including evenings and weekends. This role offers training and potential growth into tax preparation or leadership within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Detail-oriented with attention to follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
