This in-person role handles client check-ins, scheduling, and daily operations, with training provided to grow into tax prep or leadership. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

You will work with tax professionals to match clients to the right services, maintain a tidy office, and manage sensitive information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
